Jemi Nwadike is a dynamic and vibrant gospel artist, songwriter and recording artist, chosen by God to impact this generation. She is a passionate and prophetic worshiper who loves to lead God’s people into God’s presence.
Aside from being a choir leader in her local church, Triumphant Church International, London, England, she has ministered in a host of churches, events and conferences.
She has ministered and shared the same platform with well known gospel acts. They include Muyiwa and Riversong, Chevelle Franklin, Isaiah Raymond Dyer, Noel Robinson, MidNight Crew, Soni Badu, Dayo Bello, Four Kornerz and many more.
Her gifting has taken her to other nations of the earth, including Germany, The Netherlands and Nigeria.
Her Latest album was released on the 26th of May.
She is happily married to a God fearing man and blessed with three wonderful children.
Just About Me
I have always loved to sing right from my childhood.Back then, my elder siblings and their friends were always keen to show me off by inviting me to sing with them at various gatherings. This new found passion then evolved into us becoming a singing family group.
To the delight of our growing fan base and sometimes teeming audience, we, my siblings and I, would without much prompting, sing in glorious harmony to the delight of all.
A personal experience in 1997 caused me to re-evaluate and dedicate my entire life to Christ. Prior to this, I was an ardent church goer, but without the deep understanding of His call upon my live.
I then made a vow that I would sing for Him for the rest of my days, if he got me through that phase of my life. That said, and to a great extent, I was still oblivious of His perfect will for me.
As He began to mould me in certain areas in my life, it became apparent that He had a calling for me. I became a member of Triumphant Church International, TCI, London in 1999 and was soon after led to join the choir ministry of the church.
I found fulfilment in singing with the brethren and as a backup vocalist for visiting artists and choirs – again, completely oblivious of where all this was heading to.
The turn of the millennium also brought about a turning point in my sojourn on planet earth. I met and married my husband, and then started a family soon after. At the same time, the Lord began to minister to me through various means – backing it all up by spontaneous prophetic words from the lips of His anointed men and women from literally across the world.
A few years on, His steadfast love and mercies over me has been unwavering. He has made it possible for me to minister on various platforms, gatherings and events – local and international, proclaiming His love for mankind.
